Jeremy Doogue is a commercial arbtraator and mediator. He is a fellow of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand.
He is also available for consultation on litigation strategy, early neutral valuations and to provide opinions.
He specialises in all commerical disputes and, in particular, those in the areas of contract, tort, trust and insolvency.
Assistance is also available to assist those engaged in informal party-to-party negotiations for resolving legal disputes.
A current area of interest is assisting parties to transactions affected by Covid-19 and also advising those with solvency issues arising from the effect of the emergency regulations on many businesses. As well he offers advice and assistance to those impacted by financial issues arising from Covid 19 - whether as creditors or debtors.
In each case, authority to act is required from an instructing solicior. Jeremy Doogue does not accept instructions to appear before New Zealand courts.
